The Government of Ontario has amended the after-tax annual income eligibility thresholds allowing for more electricity customer to qualify for on-bill monthly credits.
The credit amount depends on 2 factors:

- How many people live in the home

- The combined annual household income after tax
If you are a customer who has previously applied but did not qualify, you are encouraged to resubmit your application given the new criteria.
