Reference Letter Application

To be provided with a reference letter you must meet the criteria below

• No more than 1 NSF (Insufficient Funds) payment within the last 12 months
• No more than 1 Disconnection notice within the last 12 months
• No more than 1 Collection notice within the last 12 months

Please be advised that a reference letter is a charge of $16.95

• If your account is currently active the amount will be applied to your next bill
• If your account is closed, please contact the office at 519-942-8000 to make the payment over the phone after the application is submitted (the reference letter will not be processed until payment is made)
